The Aviary
Background
The Aviary is a 330-unit multi-family apartment community located in Henderson, NV.
Brief
Referencing the property’s brand guidelines create marketing collateral, digital assets, and environmental signage for the property.
Solution
Drawing inspiration from the architecture of the building and the surrounding area, I created a palm leaf texture and abstract bird flying (V’s) pattern to elevate the existing branding. A field guide-inspired brochure was also created and featured a hand-drawn map of the surrounding area.
